At LUXVÉ, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We stand behind every product we create.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

In the same condition that you received it

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Important: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used lip products. This policy protects all of our customers.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at support@theluxve.com within 14 days of receiving your order

2. Include your order number and reason for return

3. We will respond within 4-12 hours with return instructions

4. Ship the item back to the address provided in our response

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@theluxve.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different shade or product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
